摘    要:上限截止频率是放大电路高频性能的主要指标,本文以典型数据为基础,以电路理论为工具,用等效电路法计算出3种不同组态的放大电路的上限截止频率fH,比较出它们在高频性能方面的差异,并指出提高fH的措施,可供工程实践参考。

Abstract:The upper out-off frequency is the main index of the high frequency performance of the amplifier circuit. This article is based on the typical data. By means of the equivalent circuit,we take the circuit theorey as a meansand calculate the upper out-off frequency fH of the amplifier circuit of the three different configurations. We also compare their high frequency performance and take measures to raise fH. This can be refferred to by the engineering practice.
