| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种新型汽车后桥主齿轮轴总成装配流水线中配备的 CDYM-1-0 2型隔套垫片预选机 ,该设备采用计算机控制、智能化测量轴向间隙 ,以优化选择合适的隔套垫片 ,消除后桥主齿轮轴轴向间隙并达到设定的预紧力矩 ,提高生产效率和产品质量 ,是主齿轮轴总成装配中的更新换代产品。

| Abstract: | A novel preselection machine CDYM-1-02 of sleeve gasket is developed, which is equipped on the guide line of main gear axis of automobile's rear axle. The design idea, compositions and performance of this system are introduced.This machine controlled by a computer can measure the clearance along axes and select suitable sleeve gasket so that the clearance along axes of main gear axis can be eliminated and the planned tightening moment can be achieved. Thus the production efficiency and the quality of products can be improved greatly. With stable parameters and reliable performance,the developed machine is worth applying and spreading. |
