| Abstract: | This paper points out that elasticity of resource replacement and insufficient motive force of sustainable development are the root cause of enterprise short-term behavior by analysing micro -dynamic-mechanism of enterprise behavior. Achieving the effective way to make the strategy of sustainable deveopment is the implementation of resource evaluation, the delimitation of property right of mineral resources, and the internalization of external economy. |
