基于S3C2440A的振动信号采集分析系统的硬件设计

摘    要:针对传统MCS-51单片机数采分析系统稳定性和实时性差的问题,提出一种基于S3C2440A和嵌入式Linux操作系统的机械设备振动信号采集分析系统的设计方案.重点阐述了系统硬件结构中的ARM主控模块、信号预处理模块和数据采集模块的设计,并对软件设计进行讨论.经实验验证表明:该系统完全能够满足实时性要求,稳定性良好,可靠性较高.

Abstract:According to the poor stability and real-time performance of data acquisition and analysis system based on traditional MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer, a new vibration signal acquisition and analysis system method based on S3C2440A and embedded Linux operation system is proposed. This paper specially focuses on the design of ARM master module, the signal pretreatment module and data acquisition module of hardware. At last the software design is discussed. The experimental results prove that the system can meet the need of real-time performance, and its stability and reliability are good.
