高功率短脉冲激光照射下生物组织内的热传导研究

摘    要:采用响应时间为1μs的超小型薄膜铂热电阻温度计及日本YOKOGAWA DL2700高速数字示波器,对微秒量级脉冲激光照射下离体动物组织内的热传导进行了实验研究,结果发现:在激光脉宽较短时,组织内出现了非傅时叶导热现象,脉宽越短,组织厚度越薄,非傅时叶导热特征越明显,功率密度和光斑直径只影响温度上升的高低,对是否会出现非傅里叶导热没有影响。

Abstract:The heat conduction in biological tissue irradiated by high power short pulse laser was investigated experimentally. The micro scale film resistance thermometer with 1 microsecond response time was used to measure temperature. The output of the film resistance thermometer was recorded dynamically by a YOKOGAWA DL2700 digital oscilloscope. The experimental results show that, when the pulse duration is short, the heat conduction in biological tissue is of non Fourier behavior. The shorter the pulse duration is and the thinner the biological tissue is, the more notable the non Fourier heat conduction is. The power density and spot size will influence the maximum value of temperature during laser heating, and have nothing to do with the problem whether the non Fourier heat conduction can take place.
