| Abstract: | The regulations on subdivision and damage stability of cargo ship have set a mandatory demand on ship damage stability and brought an important effect to ship design. The analyses of probability calculation of ship damage stability are made. The calculation, the influence of subdivision on index A , the main factors affecting index A and the improvement of index A are investigated. Some examples are given. |
