(TiB2+Al2O3)增强铝基复合材料的制备工艺

摘    要:将TiO2和B2O3原料混合后加入铝熔体,采用原位反应的方法,使其与铝液发生反应,制备出(TiB2+Al2O3)双相增强铝基复合材料.研究反应物加入量、反应时间、搅拌强度对复合材料的组织形貌产生的影响.结果表明,反应物加入体积分数为20%,反应时间为20 min,较大搅拌强度条件下原位生成的增强颗粒明显增多,晶粒细小,分布均匀.

Abstract:In-situ reaction method was used to prepare aluminum-based composites with double-phase strengthening of(TiB2 + Al2O3) where the mixture of TiO2 and B2O3 was added into the aluminum melt,and their reaction with the aluminum fluid took place.The influence of additive volume,reaction time,and mixing intensity on the morphology of the composite was studied.The result indicated that when the volume of the additive was 20%,the reaction time was 20 min,and the mixing intensity was greater,the in-situ enhanced par...
