多轴汽车双相位转向性能分析

摘    要:为满足多轴汽车低速机动灵活性和高速操纵稳定性,利用行星齿轮系统设计了基于转角传感型的双相位转向机构,并在ADAMS/VIEW中建立了五轴车辆的多体动力学模型,进行了同相位角阶跃输入响应分析,逆相位转弯半径和行驶阻力分析。结果表明:采用双相位转向后,高速行驶时,横摆角速度的峰值减小69.5%、稳定值减小69.1%;低速行驶时,转弯半径减小21.4%,并且行驶阻力也大幅度降低,从而改善了多轴汽车的转向操纵性能。

Abstract:In order to meet low-speed maneuverability and flexibility and high-speed handling stability of multi-axle vehicle, double phase steering system based on turning angle sensor was designed with planet gear system. After five-axle vehicle multi-body dynamic model was built with ADAMS/VIEW software, response of in-phase angle step input, steering radius and running resistance of adverse-phase were analyzed. It is shown that, after double phase steering is adopted, the peak value of yaw rate is reduced 69.5% and stable value is reduced 69.1% with high-speed driving, steering radius is reduced 21.4% with low-speed driving, and running resistance is debased greatly. Because of this, the steering handling characteristics of multi-axle vehicle has been improved.
