| 摘 要： | 根据网络课程教学设计理论，结合《计算机操作系统》网络课程建设，介绍了网络教学系统的开发流程，并对网络课程的各个要素——学习者、教学目标、教学内容、学习环境、教学策略、诊断评价等作了详细的分析，提出了网络课程建设中应该注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the design theory of internet course＇teaching, combinated with the course of operation system, some key technology has been the introduced, such as development process of teaching network system, the curriculum and various network elements ： learners, teaching objective, contents of teaching, learning environment, teaching strategies, evaluation, etc. some construction of network course buliding should be noted, which all has strong guidance and practical significance for others. |
