| 摘 要： | 复杂系统的研究对经济和社会发展意义重大 .在分析了 DEA方法处理复杂系统的优点和不足的基础上 ,给出了评价复杂系统的 DEA方法 .同时 ,将该方法应用于全国计划单列市整体发展水平的综合评价中 ,计算结果表明该方法用于城市整体发展水平的综合评价是有效的 .

| Abstract: | The weakness and deficiency of evaluating complex systems by DEA method is analyzed. A new method for evaluating it is provided. At the same time, the whole development level of Chinese Independent Plan Cities is studied by using it, and the result of evaluation shows that the method is effective and the computing results are also rational. |
