摘    要:针对三种不同的工件材料,用量纲分析与正交回归分析的方法,对缓进给磨削深直沟槽时的砂轮边角磨损量进行了试验研究。提出了应用曲线拟合等手段计算砂轮边角磨损量的方法,从无量纲特性数的角度揭示了砂轮边角磨损的特性与规律,并得到了砂轮边角磨损量的回归方程。

Abstract:With dimensional analysis and orthogonal regression analysis used, the edge wear-out of abrasive wheel during creep-feed grinding of a deep groove is experimentally investigated for three workpieces of different kinds of materials, A comprehensive method is thus developed including curve fitting to calculate the edge wear-out and reveal its characteristics by means of dimen-sionless eigenvalues, as well as regression equations of the edge wear-out derived.
