| 摘 要： | 现代远程高等教育作为一种新的教育形式,其质量的保证与传统的教育形式有着较为明显的差异.对影响现代远程高等教育质量的因素应当从施教者维度、学习者维度以及社会环境维度进行深入分析,揭示这些因素的形成原因、影响方式等,为建立运转有力、新型的现代远程高等教育质量保证体系打下坚实的基础.
