镀锌钢丝干式拉拔工艺参数探讨

摘    要:对镀锌钢丝干式拉拔时采用不同总压缩率和拉丝模工作锥角度生产的产品力学性能和锌层质量进行试验研究,获得最佳工艺参数:总压缩率应小于52%,拉丝模工作锥角度应使钢丝与模具的实际接触长度大于4.00 mm.

Abstract:The mechanical properties and zinc coat mass of the productions,which are produced at various total draughts and work cone angles of wire drawing die by galvanized steel wire dry-drawing,are experimentally studied.The optimum technological parameters is acquired:total draught should be 52% less,work cone angles of wire drawing die should make the actually contacting length between steel wire and wire drawing die larger than 4.00mm.
