| 摘 要： | 农民工由于文化水平和专业技能的低下,制约着就业和收入,必须加强对他们的培训.当前,我国农民工教育培训存在着认识不充分、经费投入不足、管理不统一、培训内客与市场需求相脱节等问题,为此,应该成立专门的管理机构,扩大经费投入,开展市场调研以增强培训的针对性,从而为提高农民工素质,拓宽就业领域、提高收入打下坚实基础.

| Abstract: | The low cultural level and specialized skills restrict the peasant labourers' employment and income,so we must strengthen the training of peasant labourers.Presently,there exist some problems in training pea-sant labourers,for examples,the understanding is not full,the funds investment is insufficient,the management is not unified,the training content is divorced from the market requirement.Therefore,we should establish special management structure,expand funds investment and carry out the market investigation,these all lay a solid foundation for improving the peasant labourers' quality,extending the range of employment,and enhancing the income of peasant labourers. |
