| 摘 要： | 本文对伦理难题做了界定,认为生命科学技术时代的伦理难题不仅是难以在两种相互冲突的义务与原则之间进行选择,有时甚至是难以在三者或三者以上的义务与原则之间进行抉择.伦理难题涉及的不是善与恶之间的选择,而是善与善之间的选择.伦理难题主要体现在基因技术、器官移植技术、安乐死等领域.解决伦理难题,必须确立正确的伦理观念和伦理程序,并调动集体的智慧.

| Abstract: | The difficult ethic problems of the era of life science and technology are those that are difficult to choose from not only two mutually contradictory ethic obligations and ethic principles,but also three or even more than three ethic obligations and ethic principles.They have their own features and stipulations,concerning the choices among good instead of evil.It is not only the urgent needs of the development of society but also the urgent needs of Bioethic theory to study the difficult ethic problems further. |
