摘    要:在对“以生为本”的理解及为什么要在高校“问题学生”教育转化中坚持“以生为本”理念的基础上,从学工部门、班主任与辅导员、任课教师、大学教师与中学教师的合作、社会各机构与高校的配合及统一理念的重要性等六个方面提出高校“问题学生”教育转化中如何坚持“以生为本”的制度设计。

Abstract:On the basis of answering what "student oriented" is and why we should insist on it when changing problem students in colleges by educating, puts forward the system on how to insist on "student oriented" from six aspects - student department, class adviser, counselor, teachers, cooperation between college teachers and middle school teachers, cooperation between social organizations and colleges and importance of unifying the idea "student oriented".
