国有商业银行产权制度改革的探讨

以产权主体多元化和产权关系明晰化为内容的产权制度改革,是建立现代商业银行制度的基础和关键我国国有商业银行产权制度的改革序幕已经拉开,但是在改革的进程中还会遇到很多现实问题有待我们思考和解决为此,在前人研究的基础上,结合我国国有商业银行产权制度改革的实践与进程,从目前国有商业银行产权制度的缺陷入手,分析国有商业银行产权制度改革的难点和阻力,提出了对国有商业银行产权制度改革路径的思考

A Discussion on the Reform of Property Rights System of State- Owned Commercial Banks

The reform of property rights system, which focused on the diversification of property rights' owner and the clearness of property rights relationship, is the basis and key to the establishment of the modern commercial bank system. The reform regarding property rights system of China's wholly stateowned commercial banks has been started, but there exist many problems in the course of the reform for us to think of and deal with. Therefore, the paper starts with the current defect on the property rights system of China's wholly stateowned commercial banks, based on the forerunner's achievements in this field and connected with the practice and process of the reform. Meanwhile, it also analyzes the difficulties of the reform and puts forward suggestions on the reform finally.
