| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国建筑工程质量监管分段进行、建筑工程质量链链节不连贯等现状,基于全寿命周期理论,从建筑工程投资决策阶段、准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工验收阶段和运营阶段等五个关键环节分析了建筑工程全寿命周期质量监管的主要事项,并构建了相应的监管框架。该研究对全面提升建筑工程质量、实现建筑工程质量监管"无盲区"等具有一定的理论支撑作用和现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to current situation of our country segmented construction quality supervision and the in -coherence of the construction engineering quality chain , the main items of construction project life -cycle quality supervision is analyzed from five key links including the investment decision, preparation, construc-tion, final acceptance and operation stage of construction engineering based on the theory of life -cycle.And the corresponding quality supervision framework is constructed.The study certainly will have theoretical sup-port and practical guiding significance for comprehensively improving construction engineering quality and a -chieving the whole quality supervision of construction engineering. |
