| 摘 要： | 职业价值观是职业在价值观中的体现,矿山救护人员是处理和抢救矿井火灾、水灾、瓦斯与煤尘爆炸、瓦斯突出与喷出等矿山灾害的专业队伍。矿山救护指挥员的决策直接影响救援行动的效果。本文针对被试的218名矿山救护队指挥员进行问卷调查,总结矿山救护指挥员的职业价值观的特点,发现制约矿山救护队发展的一些问题,为矿山救护队伍建设提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | The occupational values are reflected in values, Mine rescue men are the professional team which process mine disasters such as mine fire, floods, gas and coal dust explosion, gas outburst and spit out. Mine rescue commanders＇ decisions directly affect the effect of the rescue operation. In 218 commanders＇ question-naires, authors summarize the characteristics of mine rescue commanders＇ occupational values, Found some problems which restrict the development of the mine rescue team, and provide scientific basis for mine rescue team construction. |
