摘    要:应用Reiter提出的基于第一原理的诊断方法解决连续系统多故障诊断问题的难点是有效地识别最小冲突集合组。文章针对工业过程控制系统的特点,提出一种实用算法。首先根据系统的结构和传感器分布等不变知识,离线识别最小冲突集候选;然后根据测量数据,使用约束悬挂和约束传播技术,在线确定最小冲突集合组。算法是完备的,且大大节省时间资源,便于实时故障诊断

Abstract:When Reiter's method from first principles is used in multiple fault diagnosis for the continuous process system, the difficulty is to identify effectively a collection of minimal conflict sets. In this paper,a practical method is proposed which includes the off line algorithm and the on line algorithm. Firstly, a collection of minimal conflict set candidates can be identified only according to the steady knowledge,i.e.the system configuration and the sensor distribution. Secondly, based on the real time observations ,the technique of constraint suspending and propagation is used to identify the minimal conflict sets only from the conflict set candidates. The proposed method is perfect and is effective in real time diagnosis.
