蓝牙程控微电极拉制仪的研制

摘    要:研制了一种基于蓝牙的二步式水平微电极拉制仪,给出了系统的机械结构和硬件电路设计方案.采用LabVIEW编写了拉制参数设置和拉制进度显示的PC软件界面,利用BlueCore4蓝牙模块实现了拉制过程中的数据无线传输、参数保存功能.测试结果显示:系统拉制出来的玻璃电极在外形、尖端形状以及电极阻抗都已达到膜片钳实验要求.该仪器操作简单,拉制参数设置和保存容易,一次拉制出两根对称电极,为电生理、膜片钳以及其它神经生物实验提供了一个可靠的工具.

Abstract:This paper presents a novel horizontal microelectrode puller based on Bluetooth technology,discusses the mechanical structure and hardware circuit for the micropipette puller,and the control software was developed by using LabVIEW platform.The software interface was dedicated to set the microelectrode parameters and indicate the pulling progress on PC.The BlueCore4 Bluetooth module transmitted the setting parameters to a microcontroller in the puller.The experiment results showed that the microelectrodes produced by the instrument were featured with good tip profile and low serial impedance for patch clamp experimental requirements.This puller is easy to operate and set pulling parameter,produce two symmetrical electrodes in each one progress.It’s a good tool for electrophysiology experiments.
