摘    要:在贵州现有粮食生产能力分析的基础上,对提高粮食生产能力的因素进行了分析,结果表明,随着制度和政策创新成为一个相对稳定的要素后,农业科技成果的大面积推广对粮食单产的提高贡献最大。要通过加大农业科技和基础设施的投入来保证粮食生产的安全。在对策建议中提出实施生态可持续发展应在思想上转变几个观念,并对实现贵州粮食安全的途径进行了分析。最后提出了提高人口总体素质是贵州粮食安全和生态可持续发展的保证。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of present food producing capacity of Guizhou, the factors enhancing food-producing capacity were studied. The results showed that the large area extension of advanced agricultural science results gave the biggest contribution to the increase of food yield, as the system and policy became a relatively stable factor. To guarantee the food production safety, the agricultural science and basic facility inputs must be increased. This paper suggested that the ideas of thinking should be transformed in implementing ecological sustainable development, and analysed the way to realize the food safety of Guizhou. Finally, this paper proposed that improving the population quality was the guarantee of food safety and ecological sustainable development.
