| 摘 要： | 紫杉醇是红豆杉植物所含有的最为有效的抗癌药物．介绍了对当前国内外利用红豆杉细胞培养生产紫杉醇的最新研究进展，其中着重介绍了提高紫杉醇含量的各种研究方法和研究技术，同时对细胞培养生产紫杉醇的规模化生产做出展望．

| Abstract: | Taxol is a most effective anti-cancer drug. In this paper the research progress in Taxol production by Tarus cell culture, especially all kinds of research methods and techniques improving content of Taxol in the Tarus cells is introduced and the future development of Taxol industrialized production by Tarus cell culture is discussed. |
