厚朴酚抗脂质过氧化作用研究

摘    要:通过测定添加厚朴酚的油脂过氧化值可以对厚朴酚的抗脂质氧化作用进行评价.分别对添加有厚朴酚的植物油进行常温自氧化和高温强制氧化,结果表明:厚朴酚对上述氧化条件下的植物油表现出抗氧化活性,在常温自氧化条件下的抗氧化作用与维生素E相当,说明其在体外环境下具有抗脂质过氧化的活性.

Abstract:Antioxidative activity of magnolol can be identified by determining peroxide value in plant oil in which certain amount of magnolol are added. The plant oil samples with magnolol were oxidized at natural temperature and high temperature, respectively. The anti oxidative effects of magnolol were showed under the two kinds of different oxidative conditions. The similar antioxidative activity of magnolol with vitamin E was shown at the natural temperature. The anti lipid peroxidation activity of magnolol was confirmed by these results.
