| 摘 要： | 介绍了Maptool集成环境的基本功能及其外部数据扩展,分析了利用Maptool进行多种世界流行地理信息系统数据格式接口,以及依据各类数据进行全球性或区域性地图显示的方法.对利用Maptool读取MapInfo MIF交换格式数据的方法与意义进行讨论,并给出了相关实例.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic functions of Maptool environment and its external data expansion.With several popular GIS data format interfaces using Maptool,the method of global or regional map display based on various kinds of data is analyzed.The meaning and feasibility to read MapInfo MIF with Maptool is discussed.Several examples are given. |
