摘    要:山区隧道施工场地布置方案评选是一项综合考虑各方面因素的多目标决策问题,为提高山区隧道施工场地布置方案决策的准确性,提出基于改进灰靶决策的方案优选模型。首先,通过分析山区隧道施工场地方案布置主要影响因素,构建方案可行性、方案经济性、环境影响和社会效益影响为核心的山区隧道施工场地布置方案评价指标体系;其次,从原始样本数据量化处理、指标权重赋予、靶心距的计算等方面依次对传统灰靶决策模型进行改进,通过对比各方案靶心距实现方案水平排序与决策;最后,以牛栾村隧道施工场地布置设计方案为例,对上述方法进行验证,研究表明:基于改进灰靶决策评选出的方案与实际选择方案一致,该方法呈现了各方案的优劣,使山区隧道施工场地布置方案评选更科学、合理,并通过指标敏感性分析择出对方案评选影响较大的指标,为决策者做出最终决策提供依据。

Abstract:The selection of mountain tunnel construction site layout plan is a multi-objective decision problem that integrates various factors. To improve the accuracy of the decision of mountain tunnel construction site layout plan, a plan preference model based on the improved gray target decision is proposed. Firstly, by analyzing the main influencing factors of mountain tunnel construction site layout, the evaluation index system of mountain tunnel construction site layout with feasibility, economy, environmental impact and social benefit as the core is constructed; secondly, the traditional gray target decision model is improved from the aspects of quantification of original sample data, weighting of indexes and calculation of bull"s-eye distance, etc., and by comparing the bull"s-eye distance of each scheme, the horizontal ranking and decision of the scheme is achieved. Finally, the above method was validated by taking the design of Niu Luan Village tunnel construction site layout as an example, and the results showed that the scheme selected based on the improved gray target decision was consistent with the actual selection scheme, and the method presented the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme, which made the selection of mountain tunnel construction site layout scheme more scientific and reasonable, and selected the indicators that had a greater impact on the selection of the scheme through the sensitivity analysis of the indicators, which provided the decision makers with the final decision. The method also provides a basis for decision makers to make final decisions.
