| 摘 要： | 采用电子探针法和微机成功地解决了液滴粒度分布的自动测量,并已应用到旋流板塔中高密度、小液滴的粒度分布测量。本文纠正了前人提出的双探针法的缺陷,提出了新的数学模型及其计算方法,阐述了测量系统的工作原理、硬件构成和实验结果。

| Abstract: | The automatical measurement for the drop size distribution has been solved su ccessfully with a double electrical probes and a microcomputer. The measurement system has been applied to dispersed flow in a tower of rotational flow under the conditions of small drop size and high drop density. It is the purpose of this paper to correct the serious shortcomings of existing double probes method. A new mathematical model and its calculation method are described. The principle of the double probes technique and the hardware disposition of the system are introduced. Finally, some of the experimental results are presented. |
