摘    要:铸铁变质的冶金物化条件是当前铸铁理论和生产实际问题的交点。本文在发展了检 测铁水中活性氧、硫含量方法的基础上,定量研究了氧和硫的反球化作用、铸铁球化和 孕育的冶金物化条件及其相互关系、探讨了球化元素和反球化元素对球化和蠕化条件的 影响规律,由此找到了一种研制变质剂的高效判据,并用来具体考察稀土镁铝蠕化剂的 特性,最后根据实验得到的活性氧量与铁水球化程度的对应规律发展了一种新的炉前快 速检测球化率或蠕化率的方法——氧电势法。

Abstract:Metallurgical factors of cast iron modification are concerned as the core of both theoretical and productive problems in the research field of cast iron. Having developed methods to analyse active oxygen and sulfur in the melts,authors quantitatively examined their anti-nodularizing functions. The metallurgical factors of nodularization and inoculation, and their correlation are also studied in detail. Meanwhile, the law was approached on Which nodularizing and subversive elements affect the graphite compactization conditions, and a potent and valid criterion for the modfier development was thus found; this criterion proved success in further examination of the complex properties of some RE-Mg-Al compactizing agents; according to the corresponding relation between nodularity and the electromotive force generated by an oxygen probe, a new technique named E0 method was finally developed for the instant prediction of the melt compactization degrees.
