| 摘 要： | 回顾了我国电子政务建设的发展历程,并划分为四个阶段;分析了现阶段的形势,认为发展不平衡和缺乏统一规划,是制约我国电子政务进一步发展的主要问题,提出了今后我国电子政务发展应该采取的策略。

| Abstract: | Reviews the development course of E-government affairs construction of our country, and divides it into four stages. Analyses the situation in the present stage, considers that the main factors, which restrain the farther development of the E-government affairs of China, are disparate development and lack of uniform rules. The strategies that should be adopted in E-government development of our country in the future are put forward. |
