| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation that the large quantity of agricultural water is put into the non-agricultural application through different channels and the shortage of agricultural water resources is sharpening,this paper probes into the definition and features of the agricultural water rights,makes detailed discussion on the distribution of the agricultural water rights,and based on the experiences of the foreign countries,puts forward some methods and suggestions on guaranteeing the agricultural water rights of Shanxi Province. |
