摘    要:对14名(男女各7名)青少年中跑运动员基础期训练中如何有效地进行全面训练作了探讨.在训练内容的选择上,有速度、力量、有氧耐力、无氧耐力、柔韧性等素质训练和专项训练.在量的分配上,素质(不包括无氧耐力)与专项之比为9:1.速度、力量、有氧耐力之比为1:1.2:2.6.在全面发展身体素质中突出有氧耐力训练.利用各身体素质之间有着良好的相互促进作用的特性,使身体素质得到全面提高.经两年基础期全面训练的14名中跑运动员其速度、力量、有氧耐力、无氧耐力、专项成绩以及基础心率、肺活量、PWC170、VO2max等生理指标测定结果证实,全面训练方案是正确、可行的.

Abstract:This paper made an investigation on the overall conditioning of basic stage in fourteen youngster middle-distance runners. The overall conditioning was divided into physical fitness training and special training. In an arragement for amount of exercise, the ratio of physical fitness training to special training was 9: 1, but speed: strength:aerobic stamina training 1: 1. 2 :2. 6. The results show that the runners' cardiopulmonary function and exercise score are improved through two years overall conditioning of basic stage and that the overall conditioning of basic stage designed by authors is both effective and feasible.
