中华补血草不同器官Na^+,K^+含量的比较研究

摘    要:本文研究表明:中华补血草不同器官以及同一器官不同部位Na~+、K~+离子的含量具有明显差异。中华补血草根Na~+、K~+含量高于地上部分,肉质根具有贮盐作用,幼龄叶的Na~+的含量低于中龄叶和老龄叶,而K~+的含量则相反。在根——茎部位中皮层部分的Na~+、K~+含量高于中柱部分。本文认为中华补血草不同器官的抗盐性是不同的。

Abstract:The results clarified in this paper show that exists a distinct difference among the Na~+ and K~+ content of different organs and different parts of the same organs of limonium sinense. The Na~+ and K~+ content of the root is higher than its shoots. The root may serve the function of accumlating salt ions. The Na~+ content of its young leaves is lower than its mature and old leaves while the K~+ content is just in the opposite, The Na~+ and K~+ content in the cortex is higher than the parts of columella of the root-stem. we hold that the solt-resistance of some organs of limonium sinense differs from others.
