| 摘 要： | 红三角经济圈的提出和南沙一红三角经济联盟的构建,为本区资源的开发提供了有利的条件。以湖南省郴州市汝城县为例,探讨该区宜农后备土地资源的特点、开发适宜性评价及开发潜力等级,并分析开发中次序的安排、模式的选择和资金技术及管理等问题。

| Abstract: | The proposal of the Red Triangle Economic Region and the configuration of "Nansha-Red Triangle" economical association take advantages and benefits for Red Triangle region, a remote, mountainous, undeveloped region. on case of Rucheng, Chenzhou, Hunan province, the features of potential land resources suitable for agriculture, the appraisal for suitable analyses and the potential degree are studied; at last, problems such as the ranges of exploring procession, the selection of models, the fund & technique and administration are put forwards. |
