| 摘 要： | 由于扩招和资源重组使得高校规模日益扩大的形势下,如何加强和搞好学生管理工作已成为当前大多数高校面临的重要问题,各高校都在针对这一问题进行各种各样的探索.本文主要介绍了我校学生管理工作中的特殊管理模式--学生工作量化评估体系,以此与各位同仁进行交流与探讨.

| Abstract: | As recruiting more students and rearranging resources take place,the size of the university is extending day and day. Therefore,how to strengthen and do well in supervising students has become a great problem of most universities,who are exploring hard in may ways in the light of this matter. This article mainly introducts the special supervisory model of our university in operating work-quantization and evaluation system of supervising students,in order to interchange and explore the matter with colleagues. |
