月季切花采后生理与保鲜技术

摘    要:综述了月季切花采后生理与保鲜技术研究概况.认为月季切花采后衰老是由于水分代谢失调,导致呼吸消耗增强,生物大分子降解和乙烯生成,最后引起生物膜结构和功能破坏的结果,并提出了今后的研究方向和有效的保鲜途径.

Abstract:The research on postharvest physiology and preservative methods of rose cutting flowers was reviewed.The senescent process of rose cutting flowers is the consequence of respiration rising,decomposition of cell inclusion,ethylene formation,and destroy of the structure and function of biological membrance is caused by the imbalance of water in cutting flowers.The article advances the research direction and the effective preservative methods in future.
