亚包晶铝钛合金结晶核心的晶体结构鉴定

摘    要:本文论述了如何将经加钛处理的工业纯铝(A199.7)的结晶核心经萃取方法与基体分离,进而采用扫描电镜(SEM),电子探针微区分析(EPMA)以及透射电镜(TEM)对其晶体结构进行的深入研究.经鉴定其物相为TiC.从而进一步证明了亚包晶铝钛合金主要是由TiC细化晶粒的理机理.

Abstract:This paper describes how to separate the nuclei from matrix in commercially pure Aluminium (A199.7) treated with Titanium. Further, their crystal lattice is researched with scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron probe micro analysis (EPMA) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The result of identification shows that phase is TiC. It can be proved that the refinement of hypo-peritectic Al-Ti-Alloy results from TiC.
