摘    要:结合工程实际情况,用积分变换的方法对二维空心转子导热微分方程进行解析求解,推导得到空心转子内温差及热应力时间域迭代计算公式,并在迭代过程中对随温度变化的物性参数产生的非线性问题进行处理,物性参数由前一时刻物性参数考虑温度变化后进行修正,得到修正后的迭代计算模型,所得到的温度和热应力计算模型可用于典型空心轴对称体如汽轮机转子等热状态理论分析、在线监测和疲劳分析.

Abstract:Considering engineering practice, an iterative formula in time fields of the temperature and thermal stress of hollowed-rotors was obtained using integral transform, based on two-dimensional hollow cylinder thermal conduction differential equation. The nonlinear factors from the temperature-dependant properties were dealt with in the process of iteration and modified by the properties at previous time and temperature increment, thus propeities are modifid by the previous one based one the consideration of temperature. A modified calculation model was gotten to analyze the thermal states of typical hollowed-rotors and their fatigue and to monitor the online.
