压电陶瓷材料显微结构的扫描电镜研究

摘    要:对陶瓷材料进行的显微电镜断口分析表明:压电陶瓷材料断裂方式主要是溜晶断裂和解理断裂或是两的混合,且溜晶断裂优于解理断裂;应用Sol-Gel方法制备的陶瓷材料其显微结构好,宏观性能优越。

Abstract:This paper introduced three methods of sample dealing in the fractography of ceramic materials,discussed emphasis on the relation of microstructure and macroscopic property of piezoelectric ceramic. The results show: 1) The fracture of piezoelectric ceramic materials is mainly grainwise fracturing and crystallo-graphic planewise fracturing,and grainwise fracturing is superior to crystallographic planewise fracturing. 2)The ceramic materials prepared by Sol-Gel method have better microstructures and macroscopic properties.
