| Abstract: | Considering a linear system with arbitrary time-varying delays and norm bounded nonlinear vector perturbations,an explicit delay-independent sufficient stability condition is given.The obtained criterion is contrasted by some of stability estimates available in the literature for these kinds of systems.Its practicality is proved. |
