| 摘 要： | 阐明了创新对与科技型中小企业的重要性,认为创新是其获取竞争优势的源头之水,是其谋求生存和发展的必经之路;然后分析了科技型中小企业创新的特点,指出其创新类型以产品创新为主,其创新来源多是依赖自身开发;分析了人力资本对科技型中小企业创新成效的影响途径。
