异丁烷在固定床和膜反应器中富氧环境下催化脱氢反应的比较

摘    要:报道异丁烷在富氧环境下,以CS2.5TI0.08H1.26PVMo11O40催化其脱氢的反应。对在固定订反应器和膜反应器上催化脱氢反应的转化率和对异丁烯的选择性进行比较。结果表明,在连续流动固定床反应器中异丁烷的转化率较高,但产物的分布很复杂,并与温度和空速有很大关系;在膜反应器中异丁烷的转化率有一定程度的降低,但在大大地提高异丁烯的选择性。在膜反应器中,653K时异丁烷有14%的转化率,异丁烯的选择性为83%。表明该催化途径对异丁烷的催化富氧脱氢有较大的潜力。

Abstract:Isobutane oxo-dehydrogenation over Cs 2.5 Tl 0.08 H 1.26 PVMo 11 O 40 catalyst diluted by SiC was studied in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor. And in a membrane reactor, where a catalyst membrane, supported by a piece of porous titanium paper was made by impregnation method. The results indicate that reaction in membrane reactor have a lower conversion rate, a much higher selectivity to isobutylene. The products distribution in fixed bed reactor is very complicate and temperature and gas flow depended. But in membrane reactor, the main products are isobutylene regardless of temperature from 593K to 653K, at 653K, in membrane reactor the conversion rate is 14.3% and selectivity to isobutylene is 83%, which suggests that the catalyst may be a potential catalyst for the reaction.
