| 摘 要： | 采用职业倦怠量表和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对苏州大学359名教师进行了测查，结果显示：教师职业倦怠总体情况并不严重；不同年龄（教龄）、职称和学历的教师在职业倦怠三个因子及SCL-90各个因子上有显著差异，其中36—45岁的教师、讲师职称的教师、硕士学历的教师职业倦怠和心理健康都呈现相对严重的问题；教师的职业倦怠与SCL-90的各因子间有显著的相关性，说明职业倦怠作为职业压力和心理健康的中间变量影响到心理健康．
