科研伦理建设的思索

学术道德,应该从其完整体系来认识,治理措施也应该多方面进行。在学术腐败特别严重的情况下,应该特别强调的法律制裁、行政警告、内部检举、外部监督的积极作用,认为它们都是保证学术道德实施的外部条件和有效保证措施。在学术道德危机的时候,应该采取强有力的手段,才会有效。道德教育和自我反省仍然必要,应该相信知识分子的道德自觉性,强化道德的长期培训,从良心上构筑反对学术腐败的心理防线,积极配合法律、行政、检举、监督,多管齐下,不能仅仅局限于单一的措施。

Suggestions to the Academic Moral Construction

We should recognize the academic morality from its complete system,controlling measures should also be carried out in many ways.We emphasize the positive role of legal,administrative,reporting,supervision;think they are essentials to ensure implementation of the external conditions of academic ethics and effective guarantee measures.When the academic moral crisis,we should take strong measures.Moral education and self reflection are necessary,but not limited to the single measure.
