| 摘 要： | 我国正处在社会转型期,各种矛盾相对突出,利益主体多样化及司法公正的相对性、个体法律意识的差异性,成为农村涉诉上访的成因。对此,本文提出从源头上大力提高公民依法维权的意识与能力,从制度上完善信访制度,健全人民调解制度,是化解涉诉上访的有效机制。
