为适应我国教师教育的改革和发展，根据社会对人才和教师素质的要求，考虑学生个人发展的需要，结合现阶段师专办学的开放性和探索性，师专培养目标定位为：具有必要的理论知识，较好的思维方式和实践能力，善于协作和迁移，自觉服务于教育、管理、生产等建设第一线，能创业治家的高等级应用型人才。

Development of Teacher Education and the Definition of Cultivating Goal in Teachers Colleges

This paper discusses the definition of cultivating goal in teachers colleges. It suggests that the definition should be done in terms of requirement for high-qualified talents of social development and teachers quality, and the need of student's individual development, as well as opening and exploration of teachers colleges during this period, so that teachers colleges can adapt the reform and development of teacher education. It believes that high applicable talents should be trained, and they should have necessary theoretical knowledge and quite good ways of thinking and practical ability. They should be good at cooperation and removing, and voluntarily serve in the forefront, such as education, management and production, and can establish a business and housekeep.
