| 摘 要： | 根据曲轴宽电子束聚焦理论，研究了一种用曲轴轨迹确定轴外点扩散分布的方法，这种新方法可在保持与传统方法相同的精度条件下，减少电子光学传递函数的计算量，提高计算速度，对大物面成象系统的计算具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of wide electron beam focusing with curved axis, a method for determining the off-axis point spread distribution is studied using the trajectories with curved axis. The result shows that the new method of calculating off-axis electron optical transfer functinon can reduce the amount of computation and increase the speed of calculation , yet retaining the same degree of accuracy when compared with the traditional method . It will have practical meaning in computing imaging systems with a large photocathode surface. |
