不同岩体质量隧道TBM施工性能评价方法

摘    要:为了预测、评价、提升不同围岩质量隧道TBM施工能力,通过对国内外多个隧道工程TBM施工数据回归分析,建立了设备利用率、掘进速率等TBM施工性能指标随岩体质量的变化规律。统计结果表明TBM设备利用率与岩体质量指标RMR呈线性函数或二次函数关系、TBM掘进速率与岩体质量指标RMR呈二次函数关系;TBM设备利用率随岩体质量参数的增大而递增;TBM掘进速率随岩体质量参数的增大先升高再降低,在III级围岩时达到峰值;TBM施工速度随岩体质量参数的增大先升高再降低,在II级围岩时达到峰值。基于此,提出了不同岩体质量隧道TBM施工性能评价方法,并利用滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞TBM施工数据对该方法进行了验证。研究成果可用于预测拟建隧道TBM施工工期和评价在建隧道TBM施工性能。

Abstract:In order to predict, evaluate and improve the TBM construction capability of tunnels with different surrounding rock quality, the TBM construction performance indicators (such as equipment utilization, excavation rate, etc.) have been established with the changes of rock mass quality, through regression analysis of TBM construction data of multiple tunnel projects at home and abroad. The statistical results show that the TBM equipment utilization and rock mass index RMR are linearly functional or secondary function relationship, the TBM excavate rate and rock mass index RMR are secondary function relationship; the TBM equipment utilization increases with the improvement of rock mass; the TBM penetration rate first increases and then decreases with the improvement of rock mass, and reaches its peak at the Class III surrounding rock; the TBM advance rate first increases and then decreases with the improvement of rock mass , and reaches its peak at the Class II surrounding rock. Based on this, the TBM construction performance evaluation method of tunnels with different rock mass quality is proposed. Finally, the method was verified based on the TBM construction data of the Xianglushan Tunnel of the Central Yunnan Water Diversion Project.The research results can be used to predict the TBM construction period of the proposed tunnel and evaluate the TBM construction performance of the tunnel under construction.
