电子俘获材料在光信息处理中的应用

摘    要:用固相反应法制备了SrS :Eu ,Sm电子俘获材料 ,根据电子俘获材料可存储、可擦除及饱和特性等实现了在图像存储、布尔逻辑运算及图像微分等方面的应用 .同其它光信息处理元件相比 ,电子俘获材料具有非相干性、实时性、全并行性和图像清晰度高等优点 ,因而在光信息处理中具有广阔的应用前景 .

Abstract:In this paper, the sample of SrS:Eu,Sm was prepared by the means of solid phased reaction. Based on characters of the rare earth dropped alkaline earth sulfides, such as storage property, erasable property and saturated property, image storage, logic operation and image differentiation were all realized. Compared with the conventional methods, the new methods presented many new merits, such as non interference, real time, parallelism and the high definition. In conclusion, electron trapping material is promising in image information.
