| 摘 要： | 对根痛平胶囊中的君药白芍的有效成分芍药苷的质量比测定方法进行了研究;采用高效液相色谱法测定根痛平胶囊中芍药苷的质量比;测得根痛平胶囊中芍药苷质量比为1.284 9 mg/粒;采用高效液相色谱法测定根痛平胶囊中芍药苷的质量比可作为根痛平胶囊的定量标准,测定方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好.

| Abstract: | To study the paeoniflorin's determination method of paeoniae radix which is the principal drug in Gentongping capsule.This paper adopts high performance liquid chromatography to determine the contents of paeoniflorin.The contents of paeoniflorin were 1.284 9 mg/pill.This method can be quantitation standard of Gentongping capsule,and it is simple,accurate and reproducible. |
