摘    要:通过一系列电解充氢试验研究了堆焊层剥离的影响因素,并采用有限元分析方法计算了堆焊结构中氢浓度的分布.比较了不同试作条件对试验结果的影响.结果显示,一定的母材厚度和焊后热处理条件,使熔合线附近氢浓度峰值提高,从而使氢剥离倾向增大.文中对试块近溶合线区的显微组织进行了研究.结果表明,提高焊后热处理参数,熔合线堆焊层侧增碳层宽度增加,氢致剥离的倾向增大.

Abstract:The factors influencing hydrogen-induced disbonding are studied through a series of electrolytic hydrogen charging tests, and the finite element method are adopted for computing the distribution of hydrogen concentration in weld overlay structures. The influence of different specimen conditions is also analyzed. The results show that certain thickness of the base metal and the regime of heat treatment will increase the peak hydrogen concentration and promote the tendencyof disbonding. The microstructure of specimen near the fusion line is thoroughly studied. The studies show that the rise of tempering parameter and the increase of the width of carburized zone will promote the tendency of disbonding.
